How to Prepare for RRB NTPC

Start with CBT-1 basics and build daily speed in Mathematics and Reasoning. General Awareness carries the highest weight in both CBT-1 and CBT-2, so students should revise static GK, General Science, Indian Polity, History, Geography, Economy, and current events regularly.

For Mathematics, practice percentages, ratio, time and work, time and distance, profit and loss, interest, simplification, and basic algebra every day. For Reasoning, focus on series, coding-decoding, syllogism, analogy, direction sense, blood relation, puzzle, and Venn diagram.

After completing basic chapters, students should attempt one sectional test daily and one full mock test every two or three days. CBT-2 requires better accuracy because it carries 120 questions and shortlisting for skill tests or document verification depends heavily on CBT-2 performance.

Preparation Strategy
