Hello Humans!! I am Sally Murphy and I am on a mission to help you begin taking steps to end your struggles to exist and survive. I will empower you to begin living the life you deserve so you can thrive!

I am from Saratoga Springs and attended the University at Albany where I majored in Psychology and Sociology. I started practicing yoga in 2008 as a way to help me cope with college and compliment my regular fitness routine. I fell in love with the way yoga helped transform my life both mentally and physically. After just a few years of practically living at my local yoga studio, I went to my first yoga teacher training. I started teaching immediately and tried to balance it with a full time job in the restaurant industry. After several years of doing both I finally set a goal to make teaching yoga my full time job. It took me a few more years, many life changes and a best friend moving that finally landed me a full time position at The Hot Yoga Spot and I was able to dive into teaching yoga full time across the Capital Region.

At the exact same time I took this leap, I also discovered Crossfit. Crossfit has become my greatest hobby and has taught me so much about physical activity, exercise and fitness. It has helped make me a better mover and a more intelligent teacher. After achieving my goal to become a full time yoga instructor I started to realize that I desired to connect more, give more and help other people give their dreams and goals a voice. However, I didn’t know what to do to make my new desire, my new goal, a reality. Then, just as most things happen, out of nowhere someone mentioned health coaching to me. That was it! I spent my years at the University of Albany studying psychology, which is the very foundation of health coaching.

Finally, I have drawn all my passions together, brought my vision to life and am here to help you to take that goal you’ve been repeating over and over again in your head or that change you want to so badly make, start talking about it, give it a voice and start taking the steps that you need to find the fulfillment, joy and satisfaction in your life that you have been waiting for and that has been waiting for you!
